A reference in dental implants and in the Protocolo Fixo prosthesis

Protocolo Fixo 12h

More than 300 full arch prostheses delivered. In planned full arch rehabilitations, the Protocolo Fixo 12h organises treatment so that fixed teeth are installed within twelve hours in clinically indicated cases.

About the Protocolo Fixo 12h

What are dental implants?

Dental implants are titanium posts placed in the upper or lower jaw bone to replace the root of missing teeth. Crowns, bridges or prostheses are fixed on top of them, restoring support for chewing and for the appearance of the smile.

The implant stays in the bone and works as a support. The crown is the visible part used to replace a tooth. When several teeth are missing, bridges or fixed prostheses can be supported by more than one implant. That difference is defined in the planning, not just by the number of missing teeth.

Implant treatment can replace a single tooth, several teeth or an entire arch. The choice between these possibilities depends on clinical assessment, imaging exams, gum condition and bone condition for each patient.

For that reason, there is no single solution: planning defines how many implants are needed, which type of prosthesis will be used and in how many stages implant treatment will be carried out. When indicated, this is studied with guided surgery, using digital planning of implant position.

Treatment is always private and individually planned. After the assessment, the patient receives a personalised plan with stages and values.

A dental implant should be part of a complete plan.

Each case needs to be carefully assessed, considering bone condition, bite, aesthetics, chewing function and the patient's goals.

The implant is an important stage, but the result of treatment depends on diagnosis, planning and the integration between surgery, prosthesis and follow up.

  1. 01
    Assessment and diagnosis

Dr. Hugo Robertson assesses the arch, bone condition, bite and health history to define the most suitable plan.

  2. 02
    Digital planning

Intraoral scanning, imaging exams requested according to the case and planning software help visualise treatment and organise the stages before the procedure.

  3. 03
    Surgical guide

When indicated, the surgical guide helps orient implant position according to the plan.

  4. 04
    Surgery

The procedure is carried out according to the plan to reduce improvisation and support a more comfortable recovery.

  5. 05
    Protocolo Fixo 12h

In full arch rehabilitations planned for the Protocolo Fixo 12h, treatment is organised so that fixed teeth are installed on the same day.

  6. 06
    Prosthesis and follow up

The prosthesis is planned according to the case, with adjustments and follow up to preserve function, aesthetics and oral health.

Technology that supports planning and execution of treatment.

Intraoral scanner

Creates detailed digital images of the mouth, reducing the need for traditional impressions in many cases.

Planning software

Allows the position of the implants to be studied digitally before surgery.

3D surgical guide

Helps orient the execution of the procedure according to the plan.

In house digital laboratory

Scanner, milling machine and prosthetic flow integrated into the clinic support communication between planning, surgery and prosthetic stages.

Materials and structure

Surgery and prosthesis integrated in the same plan

The clinic works with Neodent and Straumann implants, chosen according to the characteristics and needs of each case. The implant brand is only part of the decision, which also considers diagnosis, position, bone condition and type of prosthesis.

The in house digital laboratory brings clinical planning closer to the prosthetic stage. Intraoral scanner, software, surgical guide and milling machine support communication between assessment, surgery, manufacturing and adjustment of the prosthesis.
