Full-Arch Fixed Teeth

Replacing removable dentures with a fixed full-arch bridge

Dr. Hugo Robertson·October 28, 2026·1 min read

Quick answer: a removable denture can be replaced with a fixed full-arch bridge screwed onto implants. It does not come out, needs no adhesive and, when indicated, can be placed within 12 hours of surgery. Odontoclinic Vila Mariana does not make removable dentures: we work only with fixed solutions.
